Hey guys- I mentioned this on the socials, but here is a link to the Hear Me Now podcast from the Providence Institute for Human Caring featuring me and my friend and collaborator, Dr. Tricia James, speaking about our efforts to heal the culture of medicine through a group coaching model in partnership with Dr. Amelia Bueche of Coaching for Institutions. We are so proud to report that 300 clinicians completed the 12-week program and many report a level of insight and expanded awareness that was not only unexpected, but literally transformative. Much gratitude to the leaders and Foundation donors whose belief made this possible and to the hard working frontline clinicians who made time for this inner work during extremely difficult times.
